Mayor Ray opened the Special Meeting for the purpose of passing on final reading the new Flex rate Gas Ordinance.

Comm. Jones made the motion to adopt on final reading the flex rate Natural Gas Ordinance, seconded by Comm. Vencion, voted unanimous.

There being no further business to come before the Commission, the motion was made by Comm. White to adjourn and seconded by Comm. Jones.
