MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING

CITY COMMISSION-CITY HALL

April 30, 2001 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Ray opened the special meeting to discuss the digging of wells.

City Mgr. Lay gave each Commissioner a copy of a memorandum between the City and Mr. and Mrs. George Jones.

The Commission had a brief phone conversation with Vice-Mayor Creasy.

After some discussion the decision was to talk with Atty. Gray and see if all items the Jones’ wanted can be done by the City.

After more discussion the decision was to check into getting easements, and also a cost for the Hwy. 13 North property.

Comm. Vencion made the motion to adjourn and seconded by Comm. White.  Said meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
