"GRACE INDUSTRIES"

        The Waynesboro Industrial Board has constructed a 40,000 square foot building on US 64 east of Waynesboro - soon to be a 4-lane highway from Chattanooga to Memphis.  Construction of the highway is currently underway.

        The building is 200' x 200' with an expandable end wall and a pad ready for a 200' x 200' expansion.  Inside clearance is 28'.  Building is insulated with illuminate light panels on two sides to add natural lighting.  The building was available September 15th, 2004.  A plan to finish the building for a tenant or owner can be started immediately. 

        The industrial board is looking for a financially sound tenant or owner that will have at least 20 employees at first and a projection of at least 50 employees in 2 to 3 years.  It is desired that the employer will have a starting wage of at least $7.50 per hour.  For further information phone (931) 722-5458.
